Oui, c'est vrai. Mais j'ai visité pas mal d'ateliers de dessin de quartier (beaucoup sont gratuits pour les démunis) et il n'y avait presque personne. Tous comme les stades. Lorsqu'il y a de telles lacunes, les parents devraient tenter d'y pallier eux mêmes.
